Main Purpose: Legal assistance for projects and company’s affairs.

Functions: Draft and review legal instruments, diligent for all-types of legal documents; search legal matters, jurisprudence and laws of interest of the company; support on internal consultancies; draft legal opinions; all further tasks to meet the main purpose of the position.

Main Purpose: Legal assistance for projects and company’s affairs.

Functions: Draft and review legal instruments, diligent for all-types of legal documents; search legal matters, jurisprudence and laws of interest of the company; support on internal consultancies; draft legal opinions; all further tasks to meet the main purpose of the position.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requirements:

Master Degree or above;

Backgrounds in big local law-firm;

Fluent in English;

Good at contract wording;

Windows Office are mandatory; Know well of electronic signature software and procedure.;

Structure and draft the company bylaws/meeting minutes of shareholders/articles of association etc., giving support to the management when related to corporate matters;

Familiar with the procedure of notary/JUCESP/CADE etc. when necessary;

Well-knowledge of construction contract especially related to various dispute, and familiar with the settlement mechanism within the frame of contract and Brazilian market practice;

Well-Knowledge of regulations in the Electrical Energy sector, such as ANEEL/ONS/CCEE/MME;

Experienced at electrical energy trading structure, professional at the contracts drafting and reviewing related to energy seller/purchaser;

Adapt to quick response to various contract emergencies in accordance with the law and contracts.

Informações adicionais

The position receives general supervision directly from Legal Officer. Additionally, this position exercises a certain degree of supervision over EPC projects.
