We are lookig for a experienced manager in Brazil's energy market, to work in Intrepid, one of associate companys.

Main objective: Responsible for managing, executing, optimizing and analyzing the energy trading market in Brazil, as well as proposing solutions to minimize risks related to electricity commercialization.
Functions:
Manage electricity sales, energy marketing and its business expansion, and all the others management works related, including marketing and energy sales plan in the free market (ACL) and regulated market (ACR);
Manage the contracts, bond, agreements signed by all the project companies such as Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), contract of using transmission line system (CUST) , transmission connection contract (CCT) and bank guarantees, including exception, negotiation, renegotiation, time extension, risk decrease, etc.
Coordinate and compile energy sales plan marketing strategy, report an s annual & quarterly energy market forecast report, provide execution plan accordingly after analysis;
Coordinate with government/regulators / organizations related to electricity sales, manage and coordinate with power purchase companies and other electricity sales entities involved and manage the electricity sales and its related activities;
Provide the base analysis for generation plan based on the electricity sales plan;
Monitor energy generation and electricity sale progress, indicate insufficiency or any other potential risk timely;
Gather energy market trending information and focus on the information sub as submarket price, curtailment, weather forecast information to predict risks and execute the counter measures accordingly including the prediction of PLD and demands;
Coordinating with CCEE to synchronize all the process consistently, including liquidation, contract recording, accounting and energy bill collections, etc.;
Manage energy sakes department and coordinate with others internal departments whenever necessary
Requisitos e qualificações
Education level: Bachelor's degree or higher
Years of expirience: Minimum of 5 years
Language skills: Portuguese native, English advanced, Mandarin is a plus
Technical skills: CCEE platforms, trading system, data analysis tools

This position will answer directly to company CEO. Additionally, this position exercises a certain degree of supervision over energy sales engineers
Workplace: Condominium Rocha Vera, with occasional domestic trips when necessary
